ELLIS offers clothing that is manufactured after an order is placed. No stock is kept.

All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
Delivery costs are at the expense of the Merchant and are not charged additionally.
Payment is made entirely online via bank card (debit or credit).

V. ORDER AND DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by courier to an address or office specified by the customer.
The production and delivery time is indicated for each product.

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, except in cases where the law provides for exceptions.

1. Products according to individual requirements
All products made:
• according to individual measurements
• with requested corrections
• according to specific customer requirements
are considered custom-made.
For these products:
• the right of withdrawal does not apply
• no refunds are issued
• no store credit is issued
• no exchange is performed
Except in the case of a proven defect.

For products without individual changes, the right of withdrawal applies.
Upon return:
• the amount is refunded in the form of store credit
• the customer accepts this condition when placing the order
Store credit is issued as a code for future purchases.
This policy represents ELLIS's commercial practice and does not limit rights in case of a defect.

VIII. RETURN CONDITIONS
A returned product is accepted only if:
• it has not been worn
• it has not been washed or treated
• it shows no signs of use
• it has all its labels
• it is in its original condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the conditions are not met, the return will be refused.

In case of a proven defect, the customer has the right to:

All transportation costs in this case are borne by the Merchant.
