Do you have ready-made products?

  • No. All models are made to order, including standard sizes.

How do I choose the correct size?

  • You can use our standard size chart. If you are unsure, you can contact us for assistance.

Can I order custom measurements?

  • Yes. When choosing a custom size, you need to send us an email with your measurements: height, bust, waist, hips, and biceps, or leave a note with your measurements and preferences in the empty field below the selected items when placing the order.

Can a standard size be altered?

  • Yes. We can make adjustments according to height and proportions to ensure a better fit.

How is delivery carried out?

  • Delivery is free for all of Bulgaria and is carried out with Speedy or Econt.

Can I return or exchange a product?

  • Yes. Returns are at the customer's expense. We offer exchanges for another size or another item, through store credit.

What is store credit?

  • Once we receive the returned product, the amount is added as store credit to your account. It has no expiration date and can be used at any time.

How do I use my store credit?

  • You need to be logged into your account for the amount to be automatically applied to the new order.

Who covers the costs of an exchange?

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Can I return a custom order?

  • No. Orders made to individual measurements are not eligible for return or refund.

How are custom orders made?

  • We work with the same precise process that we apply to all our models. We use the provided measurements to construct the garment to fit the body as accurately as possible.

Is there a risk that the garment might not fit when ordered with custom measurements?

  • Since 2016, we have had no complaints regarding custom orders related to incorrect size or fit. We work with attention to detail and real proportions, which guarantees accuracy in production. If we have any questions regarding the garment's production, we contact the client to clarify, thus avoiding errors and always achieving a perfect result.
