Delivery

Delivery to any point in Bulgaria is free. We send orders via Speedy or Econt, depending on the location and the most convenient delivery option.

Production time is up to 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery is within 1 business day after dispatch.

Production

All models are made to order. Production begins after order confirmation, including when choosing a standard size. We operate on the principles of slow fashion and do not keep stock in inventory.

Custom Size

When choosing a custom size, please send:
• Order number
• Height
• Bust
• Waist
• Hips
• Bicep

Measurements can be added in the comment field in the cart or sent by email. Production begins after all necessary measurements are received.

Exchange and Return

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the size is not suitable, the item can be exchanged for another size.

Alterations:

If you wish to shorten the garment, it must be returned to our atelier for alteration. After it is done, the item is sent back to the customer. Transport costs in both directions are borne by the customer.

Store Credit:

If the model does not meet expectations, it can be exchanged for another item using store credit.

After receiving and checking the returned item, its value is added as store credit to your account. Store credit has no expiration date. For its automatic application, you need to be logged into your account.

For all exchanges, transportation costs are borne by the customer.

Items made to individual measurements are not subject to return or refund.
