Delivery to any point in Bulgaria is free. We send orders with Speedy or Econt, depending on the settlement and the most convenient option for receipt.
The production time is up to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation, and delivery takes 1 working day.
All models are made to order. Production begins after order confirmation, including when choosing a standard size. We work according to slow fashion principles and do not keep stock in a warehouse.
CUSTOM SIZE
If you choose a custom size, you need to send us an email with your measurements. There is a field in the cart where you can add your measurements. Please include the following information:
- order number
- height
- bust
- waist
- hips
- bicep
Production begins after all necessary measurements have been received.
Returns are at the customer's expense.

If an exchange is needed:
• if the size does not fit, it can be exchanged for another size
• if the model does not meet expectations, it can be exchanged for another item via store credit
Once we receive the returned garment, the amount is added as store credit to your account. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used at any time. To apply it to a new order, you need to be logged into your account.
For all exchanges, shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Orders made to individual measurements are not subject to return or refund.
